Relax and enjoy the full range of regional flavours and products personally chosen by our chef. The “Kaiser” is situated in the centre of the wine region Kremstal, Wagram, Wachau, Traisental and Kamptal. Excellent wines from all over Austria accompany delicious meals. The “Kaiser” knows where wild garlic and morels grow, poppy blooms and carps swim, where asparagus is harvested, ripe fruits are hanging on the trees and where flour is milled. The “Kaiser” gets the oil from Istria, visits his wine makers and suppliers and bakes his own bread. Whenever he has seafood and fish available, he prepares Mediterranean dishes – just ask for the daily specialities. Moreover, the “Kaiser” stands for individual service that makes our guest “become the emperor”.
